Poncha à Pescador
Poncha is one of the most appreciated drinks in Madeira Island, and thus, the most famous drink in Câmara de LObos municipality. It is made with sugar cane spirit, sugar syrup and a fresh lemon juice. This drink can be consumed either cold or hot.
