All the years, in this parish realize a step of the pero that makes the famous and delicious drink known for Sidra. 

It`s a pleasant drink, that results from the fermentation of juice of different peros that are originating from the pressing.

This drink it`s low alcohol content, a little acid and refreshing that it`s usually consumed cold.
