The Recreational and Cultural Group of Santo António da Serra has an important role in the dissemination of culture and traditions of the parish.

Was funded in 13th February 1998 and this group is the result of the work of some teenagers.

This group is graduated by 39 people, with ages between 12 and 77 years old and has the particularity of having elements of two different parishes with the same name (Santo da Serra) but belongs to different councils: Machico and Santa Cruz.
