Half- day tour:

The route begins in Funchal  going towards Câmara de Lobos. Here we’ll pause to assess the Levada do Norte where we will have a panoramic view of Funchal and Câmara de Lobos. Then we start the journey through roads of land, where you can feel the different smells of our forest. During this route you will always be informed about the different flora and fauna along the way. It will also be possible to taste the famous “Poncha” (not included in price) – a typical drink of our region-  and /or use the “toilet”, if needed. Then we will go down to the viewpoint of Fajã dos Padres, returning to Funchal.

Duration: 3 hours and 30 minutes approximately.

Full-day tour Southwest – North (Lunch Included)

We leave Funchal in the direction of Ribeira Brava, stopping at Candelaria (the top of Tábua), the point where it will be explained every detail and how to conduct off-road.
Then towards the Lombo do Mouro, with wonderful views of the Serra d’Água, until  an altitude of 1620 meters is reached. Then up to Encumeada, until we arrive at São Vicente. We carry up to Porto Moniz overlooking the sea and fishing villages, stopping at the viewpoint of the “Véu da Noiva.”. Arrival to Porto Moniz and lunch.
After lunch we go in the direction of Ribeira da Janela, where we will stop to observe the entire northern coast.
We climb up to Paul da Serra, which is the highest plateau of the island with 1200 meters, then down to Ponta do Sol, and back to Funchal.

Monday and Friday

Full-day tour – East (Lunch included)

We leave Funchal in the direction of Ribeiro Frio, where we stop to use the “toilet”. Then we enter in a row the off-road, until we get to Santana, where we will stop to enjoy the famous typical houses of Santana. After the stop, we leave to S. Roque do Faial where we will have lunch. After lunch, we go down to Fonduras, and explain  the flora and fauna of the island.
Then we pass by  Machico, the city where the discoverers landed in 1419. In this city we visit  Pico do Facho where you can enjoy the Ponta de São Lourenço, Caniçal, Machico city and the airport. Return to Funchal.
