Encarnação Chapel was built in 1565 by António Mialheiro’s order. This beautiful religious monument is situated in Funchal city, nearby Incarnação Convent.
This chapel has suffered some changes over the years.
There are many aspects of this chapel, worth of mentioning, namely the presence of Manueline and Gotic styles, all over the chapel.
