One of the huge drinks in the island is the Poncha. This drink is a big tradition of Faial parish where can acquire in any bar/restaurant of this parish.

Ingredients:
Cane liquor
Honey
Limon, orange or passion fruit juice

Join these ingredients and mix all with stick of the Poncha which is known by the “caralhinho”.
