The Passion Fruit Pudding is a typical dessert in Madeira Island, but principally in the north coast of the island.

The Faial parish has as typical dessert the Passion Fruit Pudding. Is a dessert widely appreciated by the people of the parish as also by all the people in Madeira Island.

Ingredients:
8 passion fruit pulp;
1 can sweetened condensed milk;
3 packages cream;
1 pineapple or tutti fruit jelly;
1 natural yogurt

Initially beat up the creams until they stay consistent.

Next join the sweetened condensed milk and the passion fruit pulp mixing all.

Apart dissolve the jelly and join it to the rest when it`s cold.

At last, join the natural yogurt and mix all.

It goes to the fridge from one day to another.
