Holiday Apartments Vila Marta is located at the top of the little São Martinho hill, on the west surroundings of Funchal, just about 4 km from the centre of Funchal.

It offers 8 spacious Studio-apartments and one Suite, including a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a private veranda with beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean and banana plantations.

Free parking is available and guests can use free Wi-Fi in the lobby.

Fresh bread is left on each apartment every day after approximately 7 a.m. and a basket filled with fresh fruit is placed in all rooms upon arrival.

The reception is always well decorated with orchids, protean, birds of paradise and other flowers.

The owner, Joel Alves, speaks English, German, French, Swedish, Italian and Spanish, and lives in the Vila with his wife, Ms. Marta. The team of Vila Marta will undertake all efforts to ensure that your stay is in a friendly atmosphere.

The Vila’s location is an excellent starting point for mountain walks or trips into town. The famous Levada dos Piornais is only 100 metres away.
