The grilled mackerel are the family of tuna fish which lives in warm water. They feed with small pisces, mollusk or crustacean.

Ingredients:
2Kg of grilled mackerel;
oregano;
garlic;
Bay laurel;
wine;
oil;
salt

We put the grilled mackerel in a basin of clay. After that we put the oregano; garlic; bay laurel; wine and salt. Then we stir everything together and we less to rest a little bit. Later we fry in a frying pan with oil.

This dish it`s served with corn, fava bean or potatoes.
