Foro Chapel, also known as Nossa Senhora da Consolação Chapel, is situated in Sítio do Fojo, civil Parish of Jardim da Serra. This chapel was built in 1684.
Each year, on 1st November, there is a festival in honor of Nossa Senhora da Consolação. This festivity was once known as “Festa do Pero” (Apple Festival) due to the fact that this fruit was abundant in this time of the year.
