Ingredients

 

1.5 kg (52.91 ounces) flour

750 g (26.46 ounces) sugar

500 g (17.64 ounces) margarine

2 dl (0.35 pints) treacle

4 eggs

2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon

1 packet baking soda

Zest of 1 lemon

 

Preparation

 

Mix the ingredients and leave the dough overnight, or for a few hours.
