Sopa de Milho Pisado (Crushed Corn Soup)
 
Ingredients
 
Crushed Corn
Beans
Potato
Sweet-potato
Pumpkin
Burnet
Yam
Green Cabbage
Salted/ sun dried goat meat
Cow feet
Pork (fat/ lean)
Salt, to taste
You may add more seasonal vegetables
 
Preparation
 
Leave the crushed corn soaking overnight. Wash well, four our five times with fresh water.
 
Cooking
 
Cook the cow feet and the green cabbage on soft fire for about 30 minutes. Add the vegetables per cooking order and the crushed corn. Leave it for another hour and it will be ready to serve.
