Fish Chowder
Ingredients
1 kg (35.27 ounces) sword fish, or tuna, or different kinds of fish
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1.5 kg (52.91 ounces) potatoes
Garlic, to taste
Olive oil, to taste
Parsley, to taste
Peppercorn, to taste
White wine, to taste
Water, to taste
Preparation
Fry the onion in the olive oil, with the tomato, garlic and bay leaves. Add the peeled and round sliced potatoes. Add the fish, parsley, peppercorn white wine and enough water to cover the fish. Let it boil on gentle fire. Check the seasoning. Serve with baked or boiled sweet-potato.
