Quinta do Arco features several small villas, totally independent from each other. The resort is established within orchards of sub-tropical fruit, avocado pear-trees, banana-plants, fig trees and orange trees, besides the magnificent collection of rose bushes, of a unique diversity in Portugal.
 
The original wine presses of the Farm still preserve the old atmosphere that surrounded in the past the main agricultural activity of the region.

 
Quinta do Arco has strong links to wine production. Still today, guests can visit the old wine presses, still absolutely preserved, where Jaquéz wine as well as other wines were produced.
By intending to honour and modernise this tradition Quinta do Arco offers the guests the possibility to enjoy and savour one of the most varied wine cellars in Madeira, with excellent quality wines, from all Portuguese wine regions.
