The village dates back to the mid-15th Century and the roots of Casa da Beira are dated to the 18th Century, and ever since owned by family of the current proprietor.
 
Casa da Beira is situated in the heart of Ponta Delgada in the municipal district of São Vicente, on the Northern Coast of the island.
The property consists of two houses with a wine press, large vineyard tropical fruit trees and a garden of about 4000 metres.
Surrounded by the ocean and mountains, here you will breathe the blue of the horizon and the luscious green of the mountains, hear the silence of Nature broken by the singing of birds.
On the beachfront, about 800m from Casa da Beira, you will find the Ponta Delgada swimming pool, permanently invaded by waves during high-tide.
 
Ponta Delgada is on the Northern Coast of Madeira Island, about 38km from Funchal, the capital of the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
Visitors are always welcome and are well received in a cosy, family atmosphere.
